Contrastingly… the most costliest flats (not condos) in Singapore are around 3Lakh – 5Lakh $ or 85Lakhs to 1.5 Crores…
There are very decent flats (for which Singapore is well famous for) costing well around 2-2.5 Lakh $... (55 Lakhs to 70 Lakhs)
